La Stone® Massage
The La Stone massage therapy roots are found in Native American culture who have revered the healing energies of stones for centuries. For the La Stone massage, basalt stones are harvested from the Arizona desert. They are hand picked, washed, oiled and heated. Some of the stones may be placed in a row that aligns with your spine. Others are used with warm oil for a full body massage. The heated stones aid in the “letting go” of tight muscles. You’ll leave us feeling deeply relaxed with a general feeling of well-being in body, mind and spirit.
